Before you begin

Requires a user account with a role that includes the "Manage and view archived content" role operation and applies only to content within the user's domain and descendant domains.

Procedure

  1. On the menu, navigate to Search and click All content.

  2. Click the filter icon to show more filtering options.

  3. In the list of filters, navigate to Status and click Archived.

  4. Click Search.

    The system displays a list of archived content that is grouped by content type.

  5. In the search field, enter part of the content title or description to further refine your results.

  6. Click a title to view the content.

  7. If you need to restore content, click Actions > Restore.

Results

The content is now restored to Draft status.
