Before you begin

• Requires an account with the ability to add or edit the content type.

• Requires an account with Administrator role to add or edit the workflow.

Enabling the direct feedback (+Feedback) on a content type.

Procedure

1. Ensure that a workflow with the 'Enable feedback for content' feature is published in the system. The workflow with feedback comments enabled will appear as follows:

   

   If there are no workflows with feedback enabled, you will need to enable feedback in a workflow or create a new workflow. For more information, see Managing a workflow.

2. You can either edit an existing content type to enable the direct feedback feature by selecting the relevant feedback workflow from the drop-down menu, or create a new content type with the feedback workflow enabled. For more information on editing or creating new content type, see Managing content types.
