Establish the settings required to synchronize copies of published content to an FTP site.
Before you begin

You must be an Administrator.

Published content synchronization must be enabled in AcceleratorKMS.
About this task
Use the following setup process when using an FTP site as the external storage library.
Procedure

For the FTP site being used as the external storage library, record the following details:

Server address
-
User account
-
Password
-
-
Log in to AcceleratorKMS as an Administrator.

On the menu bar, click the gear icon > Configuration.

In the Export section, add values for the following key:

Description
SyncProcedureOutputJobEnabled
Specify yes to save published content to designated output store.

Click Save.

Description
FTPPassword
The FTP user account password used by the worker service to connect to the FTP server.
FTPSecure
Specifies whether a secure connection should be used for encrypted data transmission.
FTPServer
The URL path to the FTP server where content output will be saved.
FTPUsername
The FTP user account name used by the worker service to connect to the FTP server.
SyncProcedureOutputStores
Specify the value for external data store. The valid values are:
SharePoint – The documents will be synced to SharePoint.
FTP – The documents will be synced to the specified FTP Server.
Output will be synced to all stores delimited by a pipe (|) symbol i.e. SharePoint|FTP.
SyncProcedureOutputFormats
Specify the export format. The valid values are:
PDFWeb – The output will be generated in pdf format.
DocX – The output will be generated as a Microsoft Word document.
JSON – The output will be generated in JSON format.
If all three formats are provided using a pipe (|) symbol i.e. PDFWeb|DocX|JSON, the output will be generated in all three formats.
