A workflow must already exist, so that it can be used for handling content requests.

Plan the form and have all properties created ahead of time.
About this task
Properties are used in the request form to collect the information needed when assessing a new content request.
Procedure

On the menu bar, click the gear icon > Request forms.

Select the desired workflow.

Add the relevant properties.

Drag and drop the properties into the desired order.

Click Save.
Results
The form is ready for use.
