Gosh, do we hate bugs. We should have only so many of them and if we go over our cap, we just work a whole bunch of them until we’re under that cap again. The formula for determining a team’s bug cap score is:
Number of open bugs / Number of team members = Team’s Bug Cap Score
The Jovix Bug Cap Limit before we refocus to work bugs is 3.5. If the bug cap score ever meets or exceeds that number, then during the next sprint planning meeting we will prioritize bug debt over new features.
