The Risk Matrix report shows the setup of the Risk Matrix. Important report parameters:
Organization: Leave blank for all. Supports wildcards if “Include Children” is not checked.
RCM Project: Enter the RCM Project.
Consequence Category: Enter the Consequence Category.
Probability: You can leave this field blank and all Probabilities of the project will be included. Alternatively, you can select one or more Probabilities if you are interested in specific values.
Consequence: Like the Probability, but for the Consequences of the selected Consequence Category.
Equipment: Leave blank for all. Supports wildcards if “Include Children” is not checked.
RCM Level: The report will include equipment with the selected RCM Level. You can leave this field blank and all equipment with any of the four RCM levels will be included.
Include Children: The report will include the children of the select Equipment. For example, if you report on a production line all assessments and analysis from children will be included.
Show Legend: Displays Risk Levels and associated Thresholds, if selected.
Include Mitigation: Include the mitigation, if selected. This influences the equipment and failure counts.
Show Counts – Options are:
No Count: Matrix will not display any numbers for drilldown.
Equipment Count: If selected, each cell of the matrix will display the number of equipment, that have at least one failure with the Probability and Consequence of that cell. And if you click the number displayed in the cell, the system will show another report that lists that equipment. This may be obvious, but you want the equipment count in the red cells to be minimal, and you want the higher numbers on the left in the green.
Failure Count: If selected, each cell of the matrix will display the number of functional failures or failure modes, that have the Probability and Consequence of that cell. And if you click the number displayed in the cell, the system will show another report that lists these functional failures or failure modes along with the equipment they are associated with. Same as when you select Equipment Count, you want the count in the red cells to be minimal, and you want the higher numbers on the left in the green.
