The RCM Information Worksheet report shows all failure modes from the RCM tab of the selected equipment and of any children of this equipment. Optionally include failure modes defined on the Failure Modes tab of the Case Management screen that have not been applied to the equipment yet. The report will only include equipment where RCM Level is entered, so some case data may be excluded because of that. Report parameters are like the ones listed for the RCM Functions report.
