The RCM Functions report shows all functions from the RCM tab of the selected equipment and of any children of this equipment. Optionally include functions defined on the Failure Modes tab of the Case Management screen that have not been applied to the equipment yet. The report will only include equipment where RCM Level is entered, so some case data may be excluded because of that. Important report parameters:
Organization: The equipment organization must be selected for this report.
Equipment: The (parent) equipment organization must be selected for this report.
Include Children: Select this checkbox if you want the children included.
Hierarchy Levels: This number identifies how many levels deep the report will look for children. The higher this number the more children may be included. This may affect the response time.
Include Open Case Data: If selected the system will also include functions that are defined on the Case Management screen, or clones thereof, and that are slated to be applied to the selected equipment. The case status must still be open.
Case: If you enter a specific case number here, then only the data from that case will be included in your report. The setting of Include Open Case Data is not relevant in that case.
