Assigning a parameter context to a process group

Associating a Parameter Context to a Process Group allows all processors and components within that group to access defined parameters, enabling centralized configuration management without hardcoding values.

To assign a parameter context to a process group:

1. Right-click the Process Group and select Configure from the context menu.

2. In the General tab, navigate to the Process Group Parameter Context drop-down.

3. Select the desired Parameter Context, previously created.

4. Click Apply to associate the Context with the Process Group.

Once associated, any processor within the Process Group can reference the parameters. Additionally, a ‘Parameters” option will be displayed in the context menu of the Process Group, allowing quick access to update any Parameters.
